Step 1: Book your free 20-minute introduction phone call which will allow your RD to learn a little bit more about you, address any questions/concerns, assure that you are a good candidate for outpatient eating disorder/disordered eating treatment, and discuss next steps.

Step 2: Immediately after booking your free 20-minute introduction call, you will receive a confirmation/welcome email from ‘Healthie’ where you can then set up your online client portal. Here you’ll be able to complete pre-appointment forms, schedule sessions, and coordinate payment. PLEASE COMPLETE THE HEALTH HISTORY FORM PRIOR TO YOU 20-MINUTE INTRO CHAT; all other forms will need to be completed prior to your Initial Nutrition Assessment, including form of payment.

Step 3: Following your introduction chat, visit the scheduling link below or via your ‘Healthie’ client portal and book your 60-minute Initial Nutrition Assessment (over 15% discount for your 60-minute initial session). You will access all of your virtual sessions via your ‘Healthie’ client portal.
