Step 1: Choose How You’d Like to Begin

Schedule a complimentary 20-minute introductory phone call with your registered dietitian (RD). During this optional call, your RD will learn more about you, answer your questions, determine whether outpatient nutrition treatment for eating disorders or disordered eating is a good fit for your needs, and discuss next steps.

If you are ready to begin, you may skip the introductory call and schedule your 60-minute Initial Nutrition Assessment right away.

If you choose to complete an introductory call first, you can schedule your Initial Nutrition Assessment afterward using the link below or through your Healthie client portal (see below).

Step 2: Set Up Your Client Portal

After scheduling your introductory call or Initial Nutrition Assessment, you will receive a confirmation and welcome email from Healthie. Follow the instructions in the email to set up your secure online client portal.

Through your Healthie portal, you can:

• Complete your intake forms

• Schedule appointments

• Manage payments

• Access virtual sessions

Important: Intake forms must be completed at least one hour before your scheduled Initial Nutrition Assessment. If they are not completed by that time, your RD will contact you to reschedule the appointment.
